Because our products are made in small, limited batches, we’re not able to accept returns or offer refunds. We hope you understand! Please double-check your choices before completing your order.

That said, if something arrives damaged or if there’s a mistake on our end, just reach out within 7 days of delivery — we’ll do our best to make it right.

International Orders
We’re happy to ship worldwide! Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, VAT, or other import fees required by their country. It’s a good idea to check your local regulations before ordering.

Once your package leaves our shipping carriers’ networks in the U.S. (like USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we unfortunately can’t be responsible for delays, holds, or losses that happen along the way. Tracking will be provided so you can follow your order’s journey.
